Lynn Miller has always been drawn to the questions no one else is asking.

 

Her journey began in an unexpected place: a decade spent training as a classical singer, where she learned the disciplines of voice, breath, and performance. 

 

But when she stepped into corporate America at a billion-dollar retailer, she discovered a different kind of stage—one where the script was often missing entirely.

 

With ten years of on-the-job training in retail management, corporate learning, and change management, Lynn realized she could make a bigger impact on large companies by addressing specific learning problems, such as improving employee retention or enhancing training effectiveness. This approach allowed her to avoid being part of an internal department. 

 

At the time, as in-person learning was slowly shifting to eLearning, Lynn saw an opportunity to apply her expertise in a new and evolving field, and she wanted to be 'in the room where it happened.'

 

Helping learning executives in large companies solve big problems and drive performance became a passion Lynn pursued for 15 years.

 

Fast forward to the past seven years. Lynn's commitment to learning from experts' experiences led her to explore the lives of people ahead of their time, interviewing over 200 thought leaders, founders, and authors to help you benefit from their wisdom.
